Yoga Kula
A Kula from the perspective of biology is purely genetically based.
A Yoga Kula is a psychogenetic family:

A group of humans living through a common perspective that all aspects of the Universe are created by a Mind in Yoga , which is how all creation could have started

And then this gets diluted with procreation of those living in close proximity, sharing biological genes, so the Kula becomes a Jāti, kind of like a tribe or a clan,
-
which could further become a caste if cast into a rigid societal mould by a dominating "race" with an "outsider", or Asuric, lens.
The objective here is to reverse the above devolution.

Reminder to Self
Since the Self expands to its maximum possibility, the path of Yoga of course could lead to huge egos, tempting us to wallow in the fruits of its practice.
Yoga stories are replete with tales of how partially developed Yogis succumb to a deserving ignominous end, but doing the whole of Yoga manages that ego-death smoothly, to realize the whole of it.
So we are strongly encouraged to not tarry at intermediate steps and complete the whole of the Rishi Protocol as described in PYS, finally giving liberation to Ishwara itself.
