Vibhūti Pāda
the Avatār effect
this is essentially the Avatār effect we have talked of earlier, the descent of divinity to group consciousness.
a post-Meditation
practice
Manifesting small miracles along the way helps us to stay motivated on the Journey.
Manifesting plenty of small miracles eventually self-actualizes an Avatār.
Don’t get caught up questioning this practice without first having tried them for a few months.
Prior to this make sure to have some fluency in Meditation.
Manifest
Now, you are ready to manifest using the famous संयम Samayama process of Patanjali
-
-
which literally means Sum (complete/perfect as we have seen before) and Yama.
-
Yama could be split into Ya (this) and Ma (mine), as in an attachment, and
-
interestingly Yama is also the god of death because our ultimate attachment is to Life itself!
-
Thus Samyama means a perfected way to create a Thought form which is initially attached to us.
Make sure you have:
-
Prepped the Affirmation you need to manifest
-
one example is to pick the 4 aspects of Dharma
-
Want a full Life? Do all 4.
-
Had enough of Life? Just do Moksha.
-
Just want a simple Life? Just do Dharma.
-
-
-
Mentally tagged them with a color, name, image, or feeling that invokes its relationship to you.
-
contemplate this regularly, so it’s easy to invoke without any effort in Meditation.
-
Go into Level-5 Meditation for about 20 minutes.
As per Patanjali : Dhārana + Dhyāna + Samādhi = Samyama.
We see this from perspective of storytelling, invoking Devās which embody these concepts.
Then do the following:
-
Brhma phase: very gently and lightly pick up an Affirmation (and its relationship) - don’t need to think hard about it. Picking up the Affirmation should be effortless, starting the stream of the single Thought. Dhārana in Patanjali
-
Vishnu phase: let this Affirmation infuse your entire bodymind, every cell of the body. Dhyāna in Patanjali
-
Shiva phase: let the Affirmation dissolve gently throughout your infinite mind space, so there is no conceptual trace left and thus no mental groove in which to get stuck. Samādhi - in Patanjali
-
Shoonya phase: When we get distracted, then return to silence for a bit. Kaivalyam - in Patanjali
-
Then repeat from top down.
That’s it.
Look for signs, no matter how small, of manifestation in everyday life - acknowledge them and offer gratitude.
The more regular the practice, the more we manifest with ease.
