Description:
The world is riven with conflict, and contextualising this in a Yogic metaphor can help us to come to grips with the transformation underfoot. The particular Yoga story elaborated here is the Samudra Manthan, from the incredibly old Purāna literature that describes a Yajnya for the cosmos in its time of Divine crisis.
The one-hour event will combine Sanskrit chanting, Prānāyāma techniques, interleaved with storytelling, and meditation, to absorb the concepts of the Samudra Manthan at a deeper level.
